What is Forex and how does It work?

Forex is a combine word that contains two different words, 1 is foreign exchange. Today, I will tell you, what is forex and how does it work?

Forex is a trading system of currencies of two countries. Actually exchanging of two currencies, it’s called pair of currency. Lets see an example. EUR/USD. Here EUR is base currency and USD is quote currency. Here EUR=USD. When it is 1.04548 that means 1 EUR = 1.04548 USD.

How does it work? If EUR is strong the USD will be weak at that time. 1 is opposite to another. And this idea is the main way to trade in a pair. Here, you can set your order on buy position or sell position. Sell position means you are going to reverse the pair. You can earn money during your vacation or past time, and you will be happy. But one thing trading in forex market is always risky; you may lose your money when you will be greedy and trade with your emotion.
